<p>要用宽容的心态来克制自己,要学会换位思考,从某种意义上来说,学生的错误举止是自然而然的事情,不足为怪。作为老师我们要多从学生的角度看问题,要设身处地的为学生的处境着想,角度不同,看问题的思路也不同,站在学生的角度就会感受到当代学生所面临的成长的烦恼,学习的压力,甚至对一些不成熟的想法做法多一份理解。</p>

<p>尝试换位思考,教师可以将学生看做自己的侄子之类的小辈,多从学生的角度看问题,设身处地的为学生处境着想,站在学生的角度感受当代学生所面临的成长烦恼,学习压力,甚至对一些不成熟的想法做法多一份理解,对他们多一份关爱,从而减少师生的矛盾与冲突,实现师生之间的和谐相处,让学生“亲其师而信其道”。</p>

<p>要对学生发脾气的时候,把手放进口袋里,心里默念--控制控制,不能不能,十秒钟。一般就不会情绪失控了。或者想想在工作上发泄情绪的后果。训练自己下班就放下,开心生活。</p>
