<p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; white-space: normal; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">在此期间我充分利用研修活动时间学习，感到既有辛苦，又有收获。既有付出，又有新所得。这次远程研修让我有幸与专家和各地的数学精英们交流，应对每次探讨的主题，大家畅所欲言，各杼已见，浓浓的学习氛围不言而露，尽管不曾谋面，但远程研修拉近了我们的距离。全面提升了自己的基本素质，和业务综合潜力，对于今后的发展起到了用心的促进作用。小学数学研修总结。此刻就把我个人网络研修学习活动主要收获总结如下:</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; white-space: normal; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 一、转变思想，更新观念</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; white-space: normal; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 我用心投身网络研修的学习当中，切实做到了三个“自觉”:自觉参加上级组织的网络学习培训，自觉参加讨论，自觉上交作业。透过研修，使我明确了现代教育的本质，明确课改对于教师提出了什么样的素质要求。我透过深入学习，从而明确了作为一名教师务必不断的提高自己，充实自己，具有丰富的知识含量，扎实的教学基本功，否则就要被时代所淘汰，增强了自身学习的紧迫性，危机感和职责感，树立了“以学生发展为本”的教育思想，不断进行教学观念的更新，教学行为和学生的学习方式也有了根本性的改变。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; white-space: normal; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 二、用心研修，深刻感悟</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; white-space: normal; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 在培训期间，我坚持在日常教学中抽出时间在网上学习，透过这次研修学习，学了不少知识，为我营造了一个广阔的学习天地，使我掌握了先进的教育理念知识和方法。我觉得在理论的构成方面有大幅度的提高。在培训中有超多的教学案例和教学经验，深入浅出的阐明了理论，透过与专家，学员的在线互动交流，专家的真知灼见与精辟见解，以及同行的精彩点评，交流与感悟也让我意想不到的收获，专家的讲座，每一专题的各个观点及案例，很好地解决了我们在教学过程中一些感到束手无策的问题，也得到了很好借鉴和启迪。对自己以前的教学有了一次彻底的反思。小学数学研修总结。培训中，我还阅读了超多的先进材料和记录了一些先进的理论与方法，并把这些科学的理论与方法应用于教学实践中，取得较好的教学效果。培训学习不但学有所获，更重要的是必须要做到有所用。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; white-space: normal; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 三、反思教学工作，不断进取</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; white-space: normal; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 在教学中，我不断思量自己在工作中的不足努力提高自己的业务水平，继续向优秀骨干教师学习，向有经验的教师请教。</p><p><br/></p>
